For Reumazorg in Turnhout, we designed a bright and calming interior that aligns with the practice’s healthcare vision. The architectural interventions are modest yet thoughtful, with a strong focus on light, materiality, and spatial experience.

Natural materials, soft tones, and a clear layout contribute to a warm, professional environment where patients feel at ease. Functionality and aesthetics go hand in hand, serving both caregiver and visitor.

Special attention was given to acoustics: the entire practice was equipped with sound-absorbing measures to ensure peace and privacy. Certain wooden walls are microscopically perforated to subtly absorb sound waves without compromising the aesthetic. This intervention enhances the space’s serene and pleasant atmosphere.
